"Even though we don't live in Chicago, we do visit our family there quite often. We keep a car there and we have insured our car and our condo with Andy Herrero's State Farm office for many years. It feels so reassuring whenever we have a question or a doubt about something and we are able to call, speak with a "live" human, without having to go through prompts or having to leave a message after listening to a recording. This week I spoke with "Carly" and she was pleasant and knowledgeable and quick to explain what needed to be done. She made it easy for me.
